When you ask us to act on your behalf we will have asked you for your permission to keep your information. If you registered with us some time ago then we will have sent you an email , or a letter, asking you to specifically opt in to us keeping your information

We will have allocated you a unique id and tracked your permission ,and any requests against that id

If your information changes then please let us know

If your information has been passed to us by someone, or an organisation, that holds an interest on your property then we will store that information securely and delete it when our business is concluded

How long do we keep your information?

We need to retain some information for Tax and Liability purposes and we structure our processes to ensure that we minimise the amount of personal information preserved

Some information may be retained in our secure archive and should we need to recover any data from this archive, then it will be examined and personal data removed from the recovered files

How can you find out what information we hold about you and make sure it is correct?

Should any of the information not be correct, or you wish us to delete it then please let us know in the same way. We will then update or delete the details as requested

If Stephen Nelson Ltd is sold then personal details relating to ongoing business activity or details required for claim purposes will be passed to the new owner(s)
